About this Property

Situated in the exclusive gated Palmyra Resort, this first floor duplex apartment has been fitted to a high standard, the interior is spacious, light and airy perfect for a family or friends holiday.

From the private front door you enter a bright hallway leading into the open plan living and dining area, in the living area there is a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV enabled with all UK channels including Sky Sports, it is filled with natural light and has large patio doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and tropical landscaped gardens.

The kitchen leads from the dining area, and comes complete with built-in appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. Every detail has been considered to allow a fully self catered experience.

The two bedrooms are tailor made to ensure comfort and luxury, each room can be made as a twin or super kingsize. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom room and access to the terrace overlooking the pool.

From the entrance hallway stairs lead up to the private roof terrace with views over the resort and pool and far-reaching views to the ocean. The terrace is complete with a comfortable seating area, large dining table, BBQ, 4 sun loungers and umbrellas.

When staying at Casa Rosa it provides access to an 18-hole golf course, spa, tennis courts and restaurants.

Located between Vilamoura and Quinta Do Lago, the apartment is perfectly located for golfing breaks, being situated close to several quality golf courses at which we can arrange special rates for green fees. The location is conveniently placed for many restaurants and bars, and beautiful unspoiled beaches just a short drive away. The surrounding area also caters for families and children with sports, waterparks, adventure golf and a further array of activities.

We had a great week and everything was as described. All the information provided prior to our arrival was really helpful. The sky and WiFi was a real bonus with small children to entertain when we were in the property. We used the communal pool just outside the apartment which most days we were the only people there so made us feel like we had our own pool, we have been to Vilasol many times before and agree with a previous comment that you do really need a car if you want to make the most of seeing Villamoura and being able to pop to the shops for supplies. If your looking for a modern well equipped property look no further!

We didn’t want to leave! We stayed for 9 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The property was easy to find using both the detailed instructions and sat nav. It was great that the key was left in a secure code. It meant we didn’t have to rush to meet anyone at the property. The property itself was amazing. Very clean, well equipped. Great view of the pool. We hired a car which is advised if you want to explore Vilamoura and the surrounding areas.

We have stayed in the Vila Sol area previously, but this was by far the best apartment and location we have stayed in. The apartment was very clean, modern and had everything you need. The owner actually arranged for a new bbq to be delivered and installed, when the old one wouldn't work, which I think is great customer service. Hopefully we will return again.

From initial enquiry the communication with Craig was easy and friendly. He came back on all questions really quickly. The apartment itself was fantastic, very clean, beautifully presented, well looked after and equipped and felt like a true home from home. The Resort is well maintained and situated ( car a must) for great days out and meals. Roof top terrace perfect space for eating in. Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone. We hope to return one day.

Lovely apartment in pretty complex The apartment was very nice indeed, a well stocked kitchen and great pool view. A nice quiet complex with lovely pool area and the underground parking was a bonus. Lots to explore by car (a must) including nearby towns, water parks and not too at from Faro airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing apartment! The pictures do not do this justice. It was large, clean and well equipped. The pool was great and a very short walk. There are restaurants a few minutes drive away, a supermarket about a 5 minute drive and the marina is about an 8 minute drive.

Everything you need in this spacious property. Beautiful grounds and amazing pool area to chill. Have to agree with a previous review the video does not do the property justice it is even better than the video portrays. Uber taxis very efficient and inexpensive so no need for a car if don’t want to hire one.

Très bon séjour ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et très propre. La proximité des plages est un plus. Une voiture est nécessaire pour explorer cette belle région. L’entretien des espaces extérieurs est également une belle découverte. Nous reviendrons !

Vistelse i G14, Palmyra resort Vi saknade sängbord och sänglampor i ena sovrummet. Vi saknade också möblimang på balkongen, där fanns bara 2 stolar och vi var ju fyra. Kuddarna var väldigt hårda.

Tolle Wohnung!!! Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bemerkenswert die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, in allen Räumen gibt es Klimaanlagen und Fliegengitter. Die sehr schöne Dachterrasse könnten wir wegen des durchwachsenen Wetters leider nicht so nutzen. Wir waren 12 Tage hier und die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden 2x gewechselt. Top Service!!! Klasse auch der eigene große Parkplatz Vielen Dank Craig, dass wir in Ihrer schönen Wohnung Ferien machen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
